Enhancing Person Centred Nursing Practice (EN Professional Development Workshops) |
This workshop will allow the enrolled nurse to increase their knowledge, attitude and skills around clinical practice, as well as provide a supportive environment for clinical reflection and peer support. This course will provide a facilitated and experiential learning opportunity for enrolled nurses across the SESLHD using blended methods of didactic presentations, simulation and small group work. |

We have a Memory Book already started that allows Staff to write memories, messages, poems or place pictures/photos of a resident after they pass away.
