Gynaecological Oncology Psychology Service
What we do
Gynaecological Oncology Psychology Service supports women who are receiving treatment for gynaecological cancers at the Royal Hospital for Women as inpatients or outpatients.
Women may be referred for a range of issues. Commonly this is related to adjustment to diagnosis and managing treatment. Support will also be given for ongoing mental health issues. The Gynaecological Oncology Psychology Service is unique in that women can access regular long-term psychology support during diagnosis, treatment and in survivorship. Support can also be offered to family members.
