Aboriginal Lifestyle Support Program
Bulbuwil is a free healthy-lifestyle program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their families who are at risk of or have a chronic health condition.
We run a variety of fun healthy lifestyle groups in the community. Our health team can provide individual tailored advice on minimising the impact of chronic conditions.

Throughout the program you will be supported by:
- Aboriginal Health Worker
- Registered Nurse
- Dietitian
- Exercise Physiologist

- Access to healthy lifestyle programs
- Care coordination
- Referrals to specialised services as required
We run a variety of groups and individual services for people 15 years and over for all fitness levels such as::
- Walking groups
- Water-based activities
- At your own pace fitness
- Healthy cooking classes
- Healthy lifestyle advice
- Quit smoking program
- Diabetes education
- Dietetic advice
- Exercise Physiology advice
