Aboriginal Lifestyle Support Program
This program supports mob who are at risk of or living with ongoing health problems like high sugar (diabetes), heart disease, stroke, and breathing issues (asthma, lung disease). We offer a variety of fun community groups that focus on healthy living. Our team is here to provide personalised advice to support your health. This is a free program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in the St George or Sutherland Shire areas. This area is the traditional land of the Dharawal and Bidjigal peoples.

We have groups and individual services for people aged 15 and over, for all fitness levels, including:

- Water-based activities
- Fitness at your own pace
- Healthy cooking classes
- Healthy lifestyle advice
- Quit smoking program
- Diabetes education
- Dietetic advice
